SINGAPORE : The government is looking at the employment data of graduates when reviewing the salaries of civil servants.
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporelocalnews/view/263689/1/.html

Everytime when the top people thinks of increasing our salary, our minds begin to wander.  Shocked
The first question on our mind........WHY ? Is this an exercise for their own benefits ? Why are they so good as to consider increasing our pay-packets ? In our younger days, being simple minded, we jumped up with joy. Today, being a little bit older, we are angry  angry, WHY ?

Think of it......because every increase of one single dollars, they got 200 dollars.  cheers We might as well stay where we are and remain happy.

:mad:Once this dirty word " pay increase " gets on TV......everything in the hawker centres, shopping malls, even the under-takers, starts to exploit us and increase every damn thing.  head banging right ?

Do people realy leave for higher wage or tjust because of th work environment? Does it warrant a hike in pay just because of people are leaving? Its naive to assume that people only leave for the $$$ and quickly claim that there is a need to increase wages. Think we are all children.
