illegal turn near the church (punggol central)

i've encounter twice incidents..cars/lorry using the 'U-turn' (Blk196) going against the traffic to cross over to the CHURCH? saving fuel/money??

And coming out from the Church..again using the 'U turn' shortcut to turn over to the opp direction of the traffic? Instead of driving to the end of the traffic junction and make a proper U-turn..which we all knew is
rather FAR?

Anyone encounter this incident b4?

I did once, and i remember it was a wish..anyway we have many illegal U-turn/Turns in punggol, another popular one is at punggol east road, down from the flyover. Many will turn right from that filter lane.

Be careful i know the TP is on the look out liao...

I seen them a few times hiding and taking down the car license plate...

Please be careful when u are doing illegal turning...

Well! i hardly see any police/police patrolling around punggol estate? everyday..i see drivers driving into NO ENTRY, making illegal U turn, parking illegally??

And nothing happens?? Then again u see car owners 'playing cat & mouse' with the parking warden..by not displaying parking coupons or chooses to display half/an hour coupons instead of getting a season parking ticket?

What happening to this ppl? can afford to buy a car..but can't afford to get a season parking label?
