How to fixed back the window plastic handler???

The above is an attach image of my window plastic handler which is cracked and falling, anyone knows where can I get a replacement or get it fixed? I doubt I can get HDB to replace it as the warranty is over, most likely there would be charges incured.

Some people call up the Town Council to get the replacement.

For me, I bought from DIY shop with the sample. Who knows, the thing doesn't really match exactly, anyhow, fix lah.

i got mine fixed by HDB. Been staying here for abt 3yrs but they still did it FOC for me...
