HDB Loan For 2nd timer for applying new HDB Flats?

Hi,

Anyone can advised me whether for Singaporean who had enjoyed one time housing grant loan from HDB can still entitled for one last time housing grant from HDB if he or she wished to apply for another similiar flats as the first one.

You are entitled to a HDB loan for the 2nd time if you are an upgrader (from 3 to 4room, 4 to 5room flat, etc.), do not own any private properties and have a combined household income of less than $8k.
