Hi, anybody still remember the blk/flr of the friendliest neighbourhood in Punggol Huh? Thought I have seen an article of it some years back in the newspaper ..... just wondering is there still such an award each year? Or was that the first and the last? They had something like party at the lift landing with lanterns etc...etc.... they still friendly... or just for the competition........  Roll Eyes Undecided
