No Pay Cut, and staff at Health-Care Group can carry on working till 70 and then proceed to work Part-time.

Parkway Holdings is leading by automatically rehiring almost all retired workers without pay-cuts. It is heeding MM's call for a change in mindset.

Public Hospital, the new Khoo Teck Puat Hospital offers one year renewal contract without pay-cuts or benefits to employees who reach 62 years of age.

Next, SingHealth cluster also announced that they are prepared to extend employment to it's older workers.

At Lasalle College of the Arts, Manpower Minister Speaking to an audience of almost 500. In the audience is Singapore National Employers Federation President, he stressed 3 important points.

1. Raising the quality of our workforce.
2. Leveraging on ageing employees.
3. Enabling a progressive and non-discriminatory workplace.

He said, " older employees are a growing pool of Silver Talent " that must be tapped.
