Hi guys, what about TL 306C? Any updates? Thanks.

I toured 306C last nite.

From what I have seen so far, I  think early November is
possible.

HDB gets the key sometimes in batches.  So if your flat has
no major defects or poor workmanship, you get the keys
earlier than others in your block.

They say the good spirits visit all new buildings
and whoever moved in first will enjoy that specvial
blessing of good fortune.

I think we were blessed with this good fortune in our
previous flat.

We were the first family to move in, in that cluster.  

And guess what?

On the week that we moved in our block number came out
second prize in 4D draw.  A few weeks later our unit number came out
3rd prize.  And in the third month, our  home telephone number won
starter prize.

Now you know why I want to be the first to move in  

So, hurry - move in to catch the good fortune spirit before
it fades away.

Well, well, I saw people inside in 306A,
and in 306B too.  Total 8 units.

residents I spok to never
visited any Punggol Forum. 
One  Indian couple dont even know
how to use a computer.
