Construction of Overhead Bridge at Blk 133 plus there?

Hi! while driving this morning along TPE towards Pasir Ris saw construction at the edge of the 133 plus block there near to TPE and hv a quick glance opp to Sengkang also spotted similiar construction going on. Are they building another overhead bridge so crossing over to Sengkang and accessing to the Rivervale Mall is much convenience for those staying at Edgedale Plains? or convenience for those going to the Indian/Chinese Temple there as well.

alredy got the fly over to sengkang...if they are building a brigde for pesdestrains then got to walk bery far to the temple also...dunno wat they do...maybe a bridge for more mobile speedtraps..

May be TP want to trap those who walk too fast. If cannot trap motorist, trap pedestrians....hehehe
