I have a ex colleague living there. The security system is "good", does not allow ANYONE, including friends and guests to go in easily 

I tried getting that place last time too but luckily did not get it... so ulu now cause not much happening around that area yet ... here nearer to Punggol Plaza better

but i heard it is really troublesome as you only have 2 set of card to deactivate the security gate

yalah think back i reject there cause no LRT pass by futhermore to get our monthly household goods.......must walk quite a distance

but I think 10 years or twenty years later that place will be very worth it cause near central....And heard that the resale prices there are quite high too cause people see potential there
