For Singaporeans who are not familiar with Punggol, the location is quite remote.It is actually below / parallel to the massive concrete structures of the Punggol LRT tracks.

For me who are trotting around Punggol Estate from Punggol East to Punggol Way, from Punggol Field to Punggol Point, a few times a week, it's no problem.

Let's explore the site with pictures.......

Especially during the weekends, Punggol MRT Control Station personnel had to answer long queue of  Singaporeans / tourists / angmos  from all over Singapore asking " how to go to the Waterways "

If I am present, I would normally tell them politely to refer to www.punggol.sg since all of them had smart phones, notebooks and a host of the latest electronic gadgets.

So how to go to the " tender site " ?

Walk to the " bull eye " is the answer.
