Hi All,
I'm currently looking at some units in punggol and plan to move into this young and vibrant community soon.
Saw some units at blocks 199B and 196B...observed there are sunlight deflectors fitted on outside the windows of all the units.
Is anybody willing to share if there is a lot of afternoon sun on these 2 blocks? Heard from some owners that the sunlight comes into the units only in certain time of the year..is it true? jus worried it will be warm/hot in these units especially during jun/jul period.
