My husband and I are looking for a flat to buy in Punggol area. We really like the design of Blk 178to 193 @ Punggol Central Road. We are wondering if they do have 4-room or 5-room available? And are thses blocks valid to resale? Thanks for your help!

if i remembered correctly, 16+ flats still not ready for resale... actually, you can wait for the combine ballot walk in exercise on 10 june... there should be some flats available...
