LRT-from the furthest station to punggol mrt (7min) + or - 3min waiting time = 10min
Punggol mrt - Outram = 35min+
Walk out change to EW line + waiting time (5min+): Outram to Jurong East =25min+

However the minimum will be at least 10 + 35 + 25 +5 = 1hr 15min

But i feel it is still the fastest to take the MRT then by changing to bus,and to mrt again....because of the irregular waiting time of bus as well as slowness in journey...
=)
Take mrt safest! (*U*)v
