cannot just depend on advertisments mah. there are really horrible agencies.. where all the maids are lousy.. and even the agencies with better agencies can also produce bad maids.. but alot depends on the employer as well. too lax, and the maid gets lazy. too harsh, and it becomes abuse. sometimes employers forget the maids are humans too.. take out the stress at work on the maid.
