Accident along Punggol Plaza

With regards to the road safety, along Punggol Plaza. I have observed this danger about 7-8 years ago.  Back then, I was sending my children to Edgefield Primary school.  I observed that there several lorries speeding along this stretch of road. Concerned about the road safety, I have emailed to LTA, to put up road strips, but they replied that they were not able to do so.  Till today, I could see, motorist still speeding along this road.  After yesterday or any previous accidents, I hope the relevant authority, will seriously really look into this matter, so that more lives will be saved.

Actually, u cant blame them lar... That stretch of road is to filter traffic from the expressway... build stripes slows down traffic lar... Next time they further develop punggol then more cars in this area mah...  Then how? both ways slow traffic and everyone late for work?
