About Greendale Primary...

hi, i m new here.
i have not got a place in Mee Toh sch during yesterday's ballot.
am thinking whether shld i try Edgefield or Greendale.  Greendale is just a blk away fm my place.  There is not much info on Greendale.

Hi Nai,

Have enrol my kid into Greendale. Got this letter from the registion staff on when to buy book, uniform etc... The letter also indicated the principal name and from which sch.

that's strange when we called up, they told us will know only in Nov. Could it be an interim?

I called up MOE and was told the same..announcement will be made in Nov. I believe they just do not want to disclose now.
I saw the new school Beacon Primary's principal on TV and believe MOE should have already assigned the principals for all the new schools.

Very concern that Greendale being so new, its facilities such as library, canteen and other resources will not be ready when school starts next Jan. Though it may be true for new school that students will get more of teachers' attention..however teachers will also be busy organising and setting up the school resources cum facilities.

I am so devastated... still remember at end of the ballot session, knowing we did not get a place, felt the weight of my legs when we stood up and left the hall...
