Hi,

Anyone got encounter before that the company refused to pay the staffs salary even though the staff had tender her resignation giving them one month notice period?  The employer still dare to bring out the company policy to use it as an excuses instead of following MOM rules and regulations as advertised on their websites.

At the same time, if there is some miscommunications issues between the forwarder and the staffs, the employer still deduct the salary even though the staff had explained to them several times but they still cannot accept the explanation or reasons given?

Will you still worked for this terrible company that you had worked for or resigned better then suffered under their hands?  They are like taking this matter into their own hands without followed the employment law in Singapore at all?

Thank you and hoped to hear from you soon.

You can report it to MOM if your employer refuse to pay your salary.

1 week later MOM will send a letter both to the employer and employee to meet in MOM office with MOM staff as a meditator.
