Diet Plan used by surgeons for heart patients to lose wight before they prepare them for heart surgery.
A friend gave me this email. Feedback is some lost about 5KG, BUt must strictly adhere to the plans to see results. Good luck.
7 Day Diet
DAY 1: All kinds of fruits (except banana) n this soup
DAY 2: Soup n veg only (as much as u like). Can add veg into soup or eat as salad but no salad cream, or boil e veg but no adding of oil or butter. Dinner; if u feels hungry, u may eat 1pc of baked/boiled potato but w/o any butter (or v. little butter)
Special comment amongst e veg, any kind of beans n sweet corn r not allowed. On this day, don’t eat any fruits.
DAY 3: Combination of Day 1 n 2
Take e soup, fruits n veg as u like but no baked potato. If u follow e instructions strictly, u r sure to lose 2-3kg by e 3rd day
DAY 4: Soup n banana day
3 pcs of bananas n skimmed (500ml) n plenty of water. Take e soup as much as u like.
Bananas n milk has very good calories n carbohydrates. But on 4th day, your body requires carbohydrates, proteins n calcium. This combination effect will diminish e body's desire for sweetness in future.
DAY 5: Meat n tomato day
U can eat 350-700gms of lean beef meat or steamed/boiled chicken/fish; max 6pcs of tomatoes. Soup must be more than 1 bowl. On 5th day, uric acid will be expelled from body n u must drink 6-8cups of water.
DAY 6: Beef (or chicken or fish) n veg day.
U can eat as u like, e.g. Beef steak but no baked potato; or boiled/grilled chicken, n min, 1 bowl of soup.
DAY 7: On e 7th day, u r encouraged to eat brown rice, veg n fruit juice (w/o sugar content). Soup must be more than 1 bowl.
If u must follow all e instructions accordingly, you're sure to lose 5-8kg. If u lose more than that, please take 2 days break (i.e. U can take ordinary meat/meals) b4 u go for e second round. The majority of people on this diet lose between 5-8kg after 7days. Those who r extremely overweight can expect to lose 3kg. People who cannot do w/o rice because of their needs can expect to lose 1.5kg after 7 days. In short, this soup helps to burn all internal fat and can be taken any time as u wish.
The effects of this diet may vary according to the individual's persona health condition n constitution.
