save money buy another property nearer to town. Punggol flat can keep but rent out to foreign talents or those youngsters who are still looking forward for dayung sampan. Never realise about airplane and air pollution.

From the Punggol GRC map, Punggol was actually made up of Punggol North, Punggol East, Punggol Central. I am not sure if there is a Punggol South  Smiley. So Punggol actually runs through Sengkang and part of Hougang.

We are in Punggol North, so when the authorities talk about Punggol 21,  Shocked they probably meant Sengkang but we thought it is Punggol North. Very confusing ya ?....

Previously there is a Punggol 21, now it's upgraded  to Punggol 21 plus. alamak.

good idea to keep your flats and rent it out to foreigners, there is a whole lots of wafer fabs coming out in paris ris, and still building them. wafer fabs blooming season! lots of foreigners will be looking for nearby apartment to stay, Punggol is not bad location at all!  just take note.
