precisely! in SENGKANG!  why they make it sound like its part of Punggol???

By the end of the year, residents will also get a new sports and recreation centre that will have four swimming pools, an indoor sports hall and a football field.

You mean this sentence? In Sengkang lah.....already built and completed soon.

so all the good things in sengkang lah? library, police ctr, cc, shopping mall, etc etc... also part of punggol 21?? then now they can say it's realised cos sengkang is supposedly developed?? then poor ppl in punggol hang in midair staying at the end of world *opps* i mean end of Sg, and getting all the inconvenience any Singaporean can ever get?? *rolls eyes* sorry, just feeling sad for myself... i cannot imagine i'm moving to such a place after marriage... which is pretty soon. i hope more amenities and malls can be built to attract more ppl and make existing residents stay, instead of see if more ppl come then start to build. wah lau by then we all already wait till old dying to move outta punggol liao lor... *sigh*
