I went consecutively two days to the same place for western food. First day I ordered their Chicken Cutlet ($5) and the second day I tried their Black Pepper Tenderloin Steak ($10). Overall satisfactory but the wait can be killing as I waited 30 mins before I was served on both occasion. The best part of the food, IMHO, is their home-made mashed potatoes in a ball shaped however my spouse doesn't like it.
