Running out of cooking ideas

How about something western?
Pumpkin soup:
- Skin pumpkin
- Cook in water
- Blend
- Add cream, salt and pepper to taste

If you want a little more fancy, can cook using lobster stock... yum!

Hmm.. What about the Bak Kut Teh soup, guess should be yummy also. Just go get the Bak Kut Teh packet ingredient from supermart, then add some galics, pork ribs and dark soy sauce and pepper to taste will do.

Tried something different 2day...it's pumpkin + spare ribs + red dates..v refreshing soup..

my mother cooked this soup today:

red dates  a few
corn - cut into chunks
carrot - cut into small chunks
pork ribs - some

tasted quite nice. sweet.
