When I worked in a kitchen ... not in Singaoire, a rack of ribs actually landed into a bucket of mop water. You know what one of the cooks did? He took it out, swung the water off, dumped it back into the oven and heated it up again :p

I've seen what goes on behind closed doors before... even in 5 star restaurants. Believe me, sometimes it's best not to know, enjoy your food as long as you don't get ill from eating
