I like Har Lok - instead of steaming, sitr fry with garlic, oyster sauce, dark sauce, pepper, add a little water and finally a little sugar at the end. Kids love it, even the one who doesn't like prawns usually. They love to dip the prawn in the sauce after being shelled.

me too love prawns....

try salad prawns...

making of mayo
1. masterfood mayo
2. add fresh lemon juice, about 1 tsp
3. add suger, about 1/2 tsp
4. mix mix mix till all disolved

Seasoning of prawn
1. remove shell and clean prawn. deep cut into the centre of the prawn.
2. add little salt, msg & tapocial flour
3. mix mix mix for about 5 mins(to tender the prawn, it will be "Q")

coat prawn with tapocial flour and deep fry for about 3 mins. drain oil and mix with the mayo immediately while it's still hot(prevent prawn to be soggy).

Optional - coat canned pineapple(cut into small pcs) with tapocial flour and deep fry.

Serve with finely slice chinese cabbage.

Taste nice... yum!
