Hello  waving

Can i ask if anyone has got pasta sauce receipe to share. I hv been cooking beef bolognese. Any other to recommend besides this sauce base hee.

simply just cook olive oil with garlic and white button mushrooms.. and mix with pasta

a simple aglio olio  clapping

U can try buying those anchovies (salted) in those cold storage or watever ang mo style supermkt.

1) fry garlic with olive oil, 1 bulb, or depends on how many pax
2) throw in a few achovies, brown them with butter
3) add chilli padi diced (remove the seeds)
4) stir in the spag..

Simple but very very nice to eat.

U can add seafood like large prawns or sotong for the seafood taste... yum yum...
