here are some helpful websites on no-bake cheesecake. Kraft food is a good website, coz you usually need to buy the phil cream cheese to make it.

on the left hand column, just type "no bake cheesecake" and they will do a search for you. more than 20 recipes they have.

this one looks rather simple to make too. but i have not tried it out before:

i've seen in Cold storage Compasspoint they sell the pastry base of the cheesecake. you can buy that for convenience. happy "baking".
