Hi guys,

ok.. stopped it the last couple of months since everyone was busy with chinese new year and stuffs.

I still have some mirin and stuffs left from the sushi session we had last time.  Sushi making, anyone??

but i have to specify, we are all learning through trial and error, no one's an expert here.

I like the salmon we had last time.. anyone game for that again?

last weekend of march, or resume in april instead?

anyone like to volunteer their kitchen?  my dining table and kitchen is a bit small if there's more than 5 people.
