Ya boy, what a waste to have a beauty salon at such a prime spot in punggol plaza.  They already have several salons up on the fourth floor. 
Was there for a road show last week..  apparently, most of the crowd patronises the foodcourt and NTUC.  The rest of the shops are mostly there for the houseflies to build their house upon.
