hi , i like to recommend “谭鱼头” TANYOTO
Its first outlet in SIN is at Liang Court.
The soup base is very tasty, esp "white" soup which is fish soup.
The price is rather expensive as compared to other steamboat stores but if you were to go for their supper buffet, i find its rather worth it! (supper buffet starts at 1030pm - 3am)
Do give it a try!
