Does anyone know how to make this fruit salad which is served at Rice Table?  Its using green apples.

Hi,
I tried that fruit salad before at the rice table. I think beside using the green apple, they also used mandarin oranges (cut into pieces). as for the sauce, they used the dark soya sauces mixed with sugar syrup and abit of chilli. Then mixed together with the apples and mandarin oranges.  Maybe you want to give it a try?

Nope. I tasted there wasn't any pineapples in it, except green apples and mandarin oranges/oranges.
