how hygenic is the food in food courts or hawker centres or restaurants  ?

since lifestyle here is eating out most of time especially lunch , n a lot of times dinner as well,,is the food cooked clean is the question to ask

would any1 like to share their experience ? or comment .

i had realy bad experience , i had ordered green leafy vegetable in one of the food courts in orchard ,,,and along with the green leaves there was a BIG RED WORM ,,size of chili padi,,horrible experience ,,after tht i afraid to eat greens outside,,
it seems the green leafy vegetables are not washed ,,just chopped ,,straight

another time there was a worm along with the corriander which is used to garnish

 Sad

At least you got protein from the worms.... yuck.

Yeah, food sold outside usually have very little vegetables.

Even vegetarian food contains more gluten than real vegetables. So don't think eating vegetarian food is as healthy as you think. Gluten has high oil absorption.
