Before Kopitiam took over this space, there used to be an air-conditioned coffeeshop but couldn't make it.
I guess that's why.

A bit strange, Kopitiam Group have done quite well on other outlets like sengkang ... plaza sing.
but this outlet at blk108 seem ...... ahhhhhhh
When it will renovate better so that we have a good cooool place to dine in .?

This shows that Kopitiam boss still regard Punggol as a country-side with frog-in-the-well residents. That's one the reason they don't bother to renovate the outlet in blk 108. They rather invest in places like WhiteSand, Velocity, Plaza Singapura, etc
