There are two stalls to recommend:

1) Newton Hawker the stretch of stalls facing the carpark and nearest to the rubbish point, i think is called Kwang Kee. Its hang a faked fish infront of the stall. Their fish is fresh and soup is nice without MSG. I usually ordered with the Mee Sua or just the soup. A bowl cost $4 a tad expensive but once in a while doesn't matter. The fish soup is those clear ones unlike others that added with evaporated milk.

2) Whampoa Hawker - before they shift to the makeshift ones. I hv not visited the makeshift hawker so not sure if its still there or not. It taste quite similar with newton but this stall their fish slice is much thicker. I like their fish soup or maggie mee soup. Very nice. Can't recall the stall name before the hawker torn down and hv yet to check out if they moved. Will update if found.

Maxwell Market's fish soup noodles.  I just ate it today!  stick tongue Had to queue for about 20mins.  There is always a queue too. I cant recall the exact location but it's opposite the zhen zhen porridge which has a queue too!
