mmm i was taught to make a cheapskate sauce, esp when i hv no money and hv to cook for many people...

Makes for 6 persons

a. half a bottle of ketchup
b. 1/4 bottle of chilli sauce
c. minced meat
d. sliced garlic
e. shredded onion
f. some flour to thicken the sauce
g. cheese, mozzarella?
g. add anything else you like, eg crabstick, crab bits, etc

i think u shud noe how to cook this if u cook usually. just note 2 things:

a. high heat at the start, low heat when simmering
b. if chilli tastes cheapskate or not like pasta sauce, try substituting with black pepper to taste after making the sauce

wat about seafood ...any type you like ..then mix with just the canned tomatoes (need to smash slightly)... plus a little bit of white wine and salt ...That will become Seafood Marina (think wrong spelling  winked)
