Any1 into baking?

Hey any1 into baking brownies...have tried and it works....or any1 have gd & simple Muffin or cupcakes or changing recipes...

This is easy peasy & my girls love it!

Fruit Muffins
2 cups Self Raising Flour
1 teaspoon of Mixed Spice
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sultanas
1 cup Milk
125g Butter
1 Egg

Mix till batter is coarse & lumpy.  Divide mixture into pan hole & bake till brown.

Hi,

For brownie receipe, try the one at chubbyhubby.net under "baked stuff".  This guy tries out recipes and blogs about them if good.  There's a brownie recipe there which my friend tried and it was yummilicious. :-)
