Home Based hair salon in Punggol?

Does anyone has any recommendation/experience for home salon around our area?

Ya.. There are a few I heard. But so far I went for two of them. One is at Blk 106 and another one is at Blk 111. They are not bad and the prices are reasonable. =)

Are the 2 blocks which u recommeded are salon-like environment?  Cos i wan to go for a hair rebonding but salon charges are very expensive compared to home based one.  The contact which I had dont have a salon environment, so when come to hair wash, I need to bend over...its very inconvenient.

Can I know how much they charge for a haircut?  Do they use use scissors or the razor sort??
