Yup. Singapore version featuring Fann Wong and Christopher Lee was not within the top 3 internet ratings of ROCH.

1st: Andy Lau version
2nd: Wang Xiao Ming version (2006 version)
3rd: Louis Koo version

Fann Wong looked more like a blind girl as her acting was stiff. Xiao Long Nu in Andy Lau version was version 1 where Jin Yong gave her little emotions. Jin Yong revised it in 2006 version to give Xiao Long Nu more emotions as he found her too unfeeling already. But as Andy Lau was the first version, it set the precedence as a classic which others failed to compare. The only setback was Xiao Long Nu looked too old in Andy Lau version as the novel depicted her as looking 16 or 17. She looked more like 26 or 27...

2006 gives a refreshing feel where Xiao Long Nu has more capacity to act and both looked and acted well. Worth a watch.
