The people on top really don't know what to do. They ban imports ......no tax to collect. Allow smoking, at the same time telling people they may contact lung cancer. 

Show all sorts of frightening pictures on cigarette boxes . What happen ? Smokers don't care. Recently shown a " ghostly face" with broken teeth never washed for donkey years, talking on TV to frighten small children who never smokes.............  Whats happening ?
