You know what, guys? Christopher Lee deserves every second behind bars and every ounce of humiliation he is getting now. He had no qualms about leaving the poor injured guy after the accident, so why should anyone pity him? He even had the audacity to appeal!! Probably some manager/agent/lawyer/fortune-teller advised him against it before the whole issue gets blown out of proportion.
These so-called 'celebrities' think they are above others. In their warped, confused, disillusioned minds, they're probably living out their reel-life everyday, thinking that they are 'better looking', 'richer', 'more famous' than common folks and thus above the law. One other person in the same warped cocoon of disillusionment is a so-called famous hairdresser who has frolicked with tinseltown's celebrities at the red carpet as well. Check out some of his interviews & quotes and you'll realise that a lot of these 'small-timers who chanced upon success' have let their achievement and perhaps some air gone to their heads.
To be brutually honest, Singaporean actors / actresses are nowhere near the standards of those in HK, Japan, Korea & even the Philippines. Try catching our locally-produced serials & you'd notice that our local actors / actresses tend to portray 'grief' or 'frustrations' by shouting, raving, tearing their hair out..........In this realistic world, there are alot of people who do not rave and shout when they are upset or angry.
All in all, don't feel sorry for Christopher Lee. He had it coming when he thought he could play around with the law.
Well said. I fully agree. He shd be jailed for the maximum term.
