"Due to our air getting more and more polluted due to more cars and forest fire..etc thus more budget needed to ensure our health care system is able to take care illness due to this pollution and also for those lower income family able to cop with this illness, we tax on every ppl living in S'pore for the air they breath..this tax will be known as "Air Tax"."
