To date this is so far the biggest shopping complex coming up in Punggol Town. Aside from the shopping mall, the watertown project will housed more than 900 homes consisting of Suites, Soho, Sky Patio & Condos.

Condos is made up of Towers 1, 2 and 3.
Soho - Tower 6.
Suites - Tower 5 & 7.
Sky Patio - Tower 4, 8, 9, 10 & 11.
