Punggol residents to have new Community Club

At the moment, looking from high ground, the first portion of the Community Club building, housing the temporary site office and store can still be seen. ( indicated by the yellow arrow ).

At the centre portion, coloured with an orange square, the first floor level is still visible. Could it be a skylight for natural sunlight or an air well ? It's interesting to note the design features as the construction progresses.

At site steel benders are fabricating and working on the reinforced concrete ( rc ) beams for level 3. Next BRC wire-reinforcements nettings will be laid on the floor slab formwork with cement spacers. When all are done, inspected and finally concreted, fabrication of rc. columns for the next level will begin.
