Singapore had the " KIASU " siege mentality . Probably they thought after dealing with Asean for year in and year out, the haze problem was never getting better.

thats why lor, feeling insecured, they reported to the United Nations. Likewise lor, in the office, if a person can't get things done by telling his immediate supervisor,

he reported to the General Manager. Same same lah................
