It's quite an interesting turn of event..if he had followed durai settlement 4m in 4 years he could have balance 3m after selling his properties. Afterall the suit was for 12m for the 3 of them.

Oh...Why I asked for his children because the gahmen also must investigate whether did he siphon any money to his children's account. I meant, the wife is already a suspect of money laundering, and maybe she also planned to transfer some of the money to his children...you never know...

This rich dandy wouldn't be thinking of going places like Bhutan or Timbuktu where I don't think he can be nabbed easily. But again, as d69 said, cannot tahan not spending on luxurious items made him changed his mind to HK.
