This rich dandy wouldn't be thinking of going places like Bhutan or Timbuktu where I don't think he can be nabbed easily. But again, as d69 said, cannot tahan not spending on luxurious items made him changed his mind to HK.

Now really wants to know if he has already spent all his money in HK so much so that NKF cannot recover much from him ?

Throw him into the Changi Resort @ Changi Prison then he knows ! BTW, does he has any children ?

he has 2 or 3 children, all of them are daughters, if i remembered correctly.

Oh...Why I asked for his children because the gahmen also must investigate whether did he siphon any money to his children's account. I meant, the wife is already a suspect of money laundering, and maybe she also planned to transfer some of the money to his children...you never know...
