Singaporeans are not 'talented' enough?

Then what's the point of having Gifted Programme, EM1 or EM2, Pilot Programme, or whatever?
So the government admitted that those scholars that have skimmed off at Primary 3 are not up to their standard at all?
Those Scholarships are bullshits too.

Manpower Ministry data shows that 124,000 jobs were created last year and 45 percent of these jobs went to foreigners.

Interesting....the statistics gets smaller if the jobs created is from one sector and not the overall workforce as mentioned earlier...u guys read the sunday times about singaporean views on the job market/foreign workers...of course we are worried about the jobs available to us..afraid the matter will get worse...in the coming years...
