Should go for second or third suppliers.

The Indonesians are surely not happy with Singapore. Indonesia's ambassador in Singapore said on TV last night " the sand export to Singapore is ONLY worth SGD 6 million per year.

Most raw materials are probably quite cheap, but once a building is constructed, it cost millions and millions of dollars. Imagine when the indonesians read about building along Shenton 1, per square foot costing SGD 2000, surely, they jumped because some buyers are from Indonesia.

AHA what about our flats.......base on SGD200,000 per unit . Assuming each block house 170 units.....the whole block easily cost SGD 34 million. ya ? chitchat
