Tough job for Singapore for this meeting.....too tight security also cannot..too lose also cannot...later admit those NGOs and anything goes wrong...then blame Singapore again. This time maybe they say" We thought Singapore is a law abiding society with good security measures but this time it proof us wrong!" 

So how? zuo you wei nan ...
