CPF withdrawal age up to 65

The Employer mindset and attitude to also change not to discriminate worker above 40 year before this being implemented. Can the Goverment do something on this ?
Some of this above 40 year worker even willing to downgrade themself in the same line but still not able to get the job...it's true fact.

Retirement age keep increasing is for sinkies to keep working and working or to delay the age of receiving cpf?
