Most countries r only charging few cents for a plastic bag..If they really want to implement this BYOB here, they shld consider to lower the plastic bag cost..Guess that's y currently the 10 cents goes to the charity pocket...

The word charity don't mean all the money will be given to the charities. they will deduct some $ for their paperwork and blah blah so on. by the time, the money that reach the charities is so pitiful. If all this so-called move to help the charities, how come we keep seeing TV charities show that ask pple to donate money and why every sat we can see school kids selling flags.
